We would like to introduce the analysis and reliability evaluation conducted by Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd. Using the know-how accumulated over many years and well-equipped analysis and reliability evaluation facilities, we carry out rapid analysis and evaluation by our in-house engineers. In the visual observation of the mounting process, we observe solder joints using X-ray inspection equipment with CT functionality and monitor the heating process with a reflow simulator. Additionally, we also conduct analysis of mounting composition states and reliability evaluations.
