Test Equipment / Evaluation Equipment "Jacketed Heating Stirring Tank Unit"
Adopts large stirring blades! A device for developing and researching new materials.
The "Jacketed Heating Stirring Tank Unit" is a device used for heating and stirring various sample liquids for the development and research of new materials. The stirring tank is made of SUS316 and has a polished inner surface. It employs large stirring blades, allowing it to stir high-viscosity liquids. The stirring speed is variable via an inverter. The interior of the tank can be subjected to vacuum and gas replacement using a vacuum pump, and the stirring section is connected with a mechanical seal suitable for high temperatures. It can also accommodate the addition of liquids via a chemical pump and other means. The heating of the sample liquid is conducted using a jacketed thermal medium circulation heating method, which can be adapted to hot water, silicone oil, etc., through the exchange of pumps and piping. The thermal medium tank is equipped with a plug heater and safety devices, ensuring the continuous circulation of a stable temperature thermal medium. 【Features】 - The stirring tank is made of SUS316 - Capable of stirring high-viscosity liquids - The stirring section is connected with a mechanical seal suitable for high temperatures - Adaptable through the exchange of pumps and piping - Continuous circulation of a stable temperature thermal medium For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
