Cold Forging and Special Screw Case Study | Shelf Dowels for System Kitchens Made of SWCH10R

A case example of switching from manufacturing through cutting processing! It enabled efficient mass production from a situation where the yield was poor and manufacturing took a long time.

We would like to introduce a case study of proposals unique to Tainishi Seiko, which has extensive experience with "shelf dowels," at a building materials manufacturer. The manufacturer had been producing through cutting, but they faced issues with low yield, long manufacturing times, and consequently high costs. After considering production with headers, we were able to achieve mass production using a 2-die, 3-blow method. [Case Overview] ■ Request - They had been producing through cutting, but faced low yield, long manufacturing times, and high costs. ■ Proposal and Results - After considering production with headers, we were able to achieve mass production using a 2-die, 3-blow method. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
