"TTMC" is a fully automated machining center that automates all processes before and after machining that require the judgment and adjustment of skilled workers. Based on process design, the robot thinks and executes the setup of tools and materials. Additionally, it has a complete ecosystem for automatic ordering of tools and materials. It automatically generates mistake-proofing for material input, tool condition monitoring and wear prediction, and automatic clamping commands.
