About OTEX "The convergence of Okayama's technology, one of the largest exhibition and business negotiation events in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions" Okayama Prefecture is known as a "manufacturing advanced prefecture," where the proportion of manufacturing in the gross prefectural product significantly exceeds the national average, and many companies possess excellent technologies and products. To provide a venue for business negotiations between such companies and procurement and technical personnel from major manufacturers both inside and outside the prefecture, we have been holding the "OTEX Okayama Technology Exhibition" since 2016, and this year marks its 11th year. This "OTEX Okayama Technology Exhibition" boasts one of the largest scales for machinery manufacturing exhibitions and business negotiations in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions, with a record attendance of 12,580 people over two days last year.
