The "Clean Filling and Packaging System with Film Sterilization Device" is a system that fills and packages sterilized contents at ultra-high temperatures in a Class 5 clean packaging environment. Thanks to compact equipment with excellent heat exchange rates, it is possible to continuously perform sterilization at ultra-high temperatures for a short time and rapid cooling. Compared to boiling treatment, it is less likely to compromise the flavor of the food, and the sealed piping structure reduces the risk of foreign matter contamination.
