Glass bending processing

It is used for cover glass of doll cases and heating devices in convenience stores.

To manufacture bent glass tailored to customer specifications, we create molds that match each specification, set the glass sheet on the finished mold, and then place it in the furnace. After entering the furnace, the glass is heated to near its softening temperature, allowing it to bend along the mold due to its own weight. 【Processing Example】 ■3D Bent Thin Glass - Simultaneous Bending of Two Pieces We received a request from the customer to simultaneously bend two pieces of 0.7t thin glass for laminated glass, and we performed 3D bending to the specified radius (R). Since both pieces were bent at the same time, there were no gaps between the glasses, ensuring that no air could enter the gaps during the next process, resulting in a finished laminated glass product. In this case, we delivered the glass to the customer without strengthening it, remaining in its untempered state.
