Simultaneous bending of two sheets made for laminated glass! 0.7mm thin sheet glass!
We performed a three-dimensional bend on two 0.7t thin glass sheets simultaneously, as requested by the customer, for laminated glass with a specific radius (R). Since both sheets were bent at the same time, there were no gaps between the glasses, allowing for a finished laminated glass product without air entering the gaps in the next process. This time, we delivered the glass to the customer without strengthening it, leaving it in its untempered state.
