Conducted airflow analysis using CFD! A case study of problem-solving that resulted in securing new construction orders.

The dust hopper at the bottom of the dust collector was experiencing issues with uneven dust distribution. To address this problem, we conducted airflow analysis using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and carried out modification work. The results after the modifications were as expected, and the problem-solving method using CFD analysis was recognized, ultimately leading to the acquisition of new orders for expansion work. Given our track record, the customer was pleased.
