The "ULTAGE Series" is a type of self-aligning roller bearing with an enhanced retainer, developed to meet the demands of industrial machinery used under harsh conditions (such as eccentric rotation and shock loads) for "long life," "vibration resistance," and "low temperature rise." By maximizing the roller diameter and number of rollers, we achieve the world's highest level of high load capacity, resulting in long life. The basic dynamic load rating has been increased by up to 9% compared to our conventional products. By reviewing the retainer shape and arranging the pockets in a staggered pattern, we have strengthened the retainer and improved vibration resistance.
