For detecting the piston position in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, sensors that can withstand high pressure are required. P+F offers a groundbreaking pressure-resistant sensor. This sensor can withstand detection surfaces of up to 350 bar. This pressure resistance is achieved by precisely mounting extremely hard ceramic as the detection surface in a stainless steel housing. These sensors are shielded and have a detection range of 1.5 millimeters.
