We would like to introduce the benefits of installing the Micromag MM20 on a discharge machining machine as a case study!! **[Mechanism of Micromag]** A fluid containing iron powder enters the inlet of the Micromag and is dispersed by a unique tapered radial fluid path. These fluid paths gently slow down the speed of the fluid. The fluid flows around the outside of the neodymium magnet core. Here, particles accumulate, resulting in excellent filtration effects. Furthermore, as particles adhere, the shape of the magnetic flux path controls the accumulation of iron powder. Regardless of the accumulation of iron powder, the fluid flows through the available flow paths, so this magnetic flux circuit never blocks filtration.
