Wogaard Oil Saver
Enabling the reuse of oil-based coolants! Introducing the coolant saver from Wogaard.
The "Oil Saver" is designed to enable the reuse of coolant and cutting oil that typically accumulates in the chip container when using an automatic chip container with CNC machines. Coolant and cutting oil cling to larger chips and accumulate at the bottom of the chip container. The Oil Saver collects the liquid through a vacuum cup and returns it to the machine's main tank. It consists of a venturi unit that is installed as a branch in the piping supplying coolant or cutting oil to the machine tool, and a vacuum cup placed at the bottom of the chip container. The venturi unit is equipped with a ball valve that can be shut off as needed, and a 12mm PU hose attached to the bottom of the venturi unit directs the collected coolant back to the main tank of the machine tool. 【Features】 ■ Composed of a venturi unit and a vacuum cup placed at the bottom of the chip container ■ The vacuum cup is connected to the venturi unit using a 6mm PU hose ■ The venturi unit has a ball valve that allows for shut-off as needed ■ The vacuum cup and filter are made of high-quality stainless steel
