Preliminary Knowledge of Microwave Sensors

When it comes to microwave sensors, some may feel that "an application is required for installation." However, our microwave sensors are compatible with specified low-power radio stations, allowing anyone to use them easily without any special procedures. A specified low-power radio station refers to a "safe radio device that uses weak radio waves" as defined by law. There is no need for cumbersome tasks such as licenses or applications, and they can be operated immediately after purchase. To put it in familiar terms, the microwave sensors from Pal Giken are roughly in this range! (See the diagram) Our microwave sensors use radio waves in the 24GHz band that meet this requirement and can be used simply by connecting the power supply. Furthermore, microwaves are resistant to rain, fog, and darkness, allowing for stable operation even in environments that are difficult to capture with cameras or infrared. BSS01 / BSM02 An intrusion monitoring sensor that is highly resistant to natural environments and capable of distance measurement. Unlike conventional Doppler and infrared interruption methods, it detects intrusions based on distance and reflection levels by adopting the FMCW method. This has reduced false alarms compared to traditional methods.
