The NanoSep MF centrifugal filtration device is a 1.5 mL tube-style filter equipped with wwPTFE (highly hydrophilic PTFE). It is useful for the pretreatment of small amounts of analytical samples, capable of high-speed rotation at 14,000xg, allowing for rapid sample filtration. Features: ● Rapid sample processing: Designed for use in centrifuges, it can simultaneously centrifuge multiple samples. ● Versatile membrane filter: Built with a wwPTFE (highly hydrophilic PTFE) membrane, it has chemical resistance to aqueous solutions, organic solvents, and corrosive organic solvents. ● High recovery rate: The wwPTFE membrane has low protein adsorption, effectively removing unwanted particles from samples while achieving high recovery rates of valuable proteins. ● Low leachables: HPLC-grade centrifuges have been proven to have low levels of leachables that absorb UV. ● Leak-free structure: With a unique sealing technology, it guarantees no sample leakage by avoiding the use of potentially contaminating materials such as O-rings or adhesives.
