Unlike conventional Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), Cadence(TM) single-pass TFF allows for the concentration of target substances without recirculating them. This enables a reduction in the flow path (installation space) and can be used for unstable target substances that are prone to inactivation. Additionally, at the end of the concentration process, only a small amount of product remains in the module, which is characterized by a high product recovery rate. Compared to conventional systems, it is also easy to recover the product without dilution.
