Prevents contact between the metal of the shaft and the bearing! Usable for various automotive electrical motors.
"CF Metal" is a special bearing that reduces noise in low and high temperature ranges. By embedding carbon fiber into the bearing and protruding part of the bearing surface, it prevents contact between the metal of the shaft and the bearing, reducing noise under operating conditions where oil film formation is difficult at low temperatures (-40°C) and high temperatures (120°C). It can be used for drive motors in transport applications such as ice cream vending machines, as well as for automotive electrical motors in general.
