At Paircom, we process lead wires used for component assembly in-house, performing tasks such as measuring, cutting, stripping, pre-soldering, and crimping. In this case, a company was looking for a wire processing vendor because they wanted to assign other tasks to their temporary employees who were manually processing lead wires. **[Challenge]** The temporary employees were manually cutting 20,000 wires and performing a 55mm twisting process at the ends, which was a very demanding task.
