Peltron K-398X is a screen-printing silver/silver chloride (Ag/AgCl) conductive ink formulated in Japan. ○ As a domestic formulation, it is easy to procure with short lead times. Supply is more stable than imported products — ideal for BCP (business continuity plan) and second-source strategies. ○ Available in multiple grades with different Ag:AgCl ratios. Choose the optimal grade — from reference electrodes to bioelectrodes — according to your measurement method, required properties and intended service life. ○ Electrode shape, area and wiring pattern can be freely designed by screen printing, so it applies not only to bioelectrodes but also to reference electrodes and various electrochemical sensors. • For details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

It uses an epoxy resin binder designed for adhesion to the substrate and post-cure durability. The standard curing condition is 130°C for 20 min. Printing conditions, film thickness and curing conditions should be confirmed according to the substrate and electrode design. Samples are available from 100 g. - Values are typical.
