The product XM-3614-4/XV-3619-2 (development product) is a newly developed high thermal conductivity insulating material aimed at solving challenges in thermal management for electronic components and automotive electrical devices. It is designed as an epoxy resin that exhibits high thermal conductivity, has workability suitable for potting (sealing) with low viscosity, and features flame retardancy equivalent to V-0.
