Surface connection of large components and electrodes with room temperature curing. Automatically mixes the two components just by pressing, allowing for easy room temperature conductive connections without the use of solder.

For connecting components such as battery-related materials and large electrodes where surface conductivity is desired, ONE-HAND MIXING aims to reduce the gaps at the contact surface through thin film application and crimping. It allows for the consideration of large-area conductive connections, which tend to be unstable with solder or solvent-drying types, using room temperature curing. ONE-HAND MIXING is a product that can automatically mix and dispense a two-component conductive epoxy adhesive with silver filler using a dedicated cartridge and mixer nozzle. - No need for measuring and mixing work, which suppresses variations in the mixing ratio by the operator. - Suitable for conductive connections around heat-sensitive resin parts, FPC, LEDs, and sensors, as it cures at room temperature. - Enables conductive bonding to materials that are difficult to solder, such as glass, resin, aluminum, and stainless steel, without using a soldering iron. - Maintains flexibility after curing, making it usable for repairs and connections in areas subjected to bending and vibration. *For detailed data, please check the TDS and special website.
