For the adhesion and fixation of large electrodes for measurement. Automatically mixes two liquids with just a push, allowing for easy conductive connections at room temperature without the use of solder.

This is for applications where large electrodes in the 200-300mm range are closely adhered to materials, such as in dielectric property measurements. It helps suppress the micro-gaps that can easily occur with simple physical contact, thereby reducing measurement variability. The workability, which allows for easy position adjustment after application, is also appreciated. ONE-HAND MIXING is a product that allows for the automatic mixing and dispensing of a two-component conductive epoxy adhesive with silver filler using a dedicated cartridge and mixer nozzle. - No weighing or mixing work is required, which helps suppress variability in the mixing ratio by the operator. - It cures at room temperature, making it suitable for conductive connections around heat-sensitive resin parts, FPCs, LEDs, and sensors. - It enables conductive bonding to materials that are difficult to solder, such as glass, resin, aluminum, and stainless steel, without the use of a soldering iron. - It retains flexibility even after curing, making it usable for repairs and connections in areas subject to bending and vibration. *For detailed data, please check the TDS and special website.
