The most reliable method to confirm the quality of products under optimal operating conditions is to analyze samples obtained from distillation demonstration tests using the user's specified analytical methods. In scaled-up production equipment, product quality is ensured by operating under optimal conditions. During this process, it is possible to check that the desired cut rate is achieved by equipping the system with a mass spectrometer capable of measuring feed rate, residue rate, and distillate rate. The product quality during production can be confirmed through the analysis of the collected product samples.
