Video available! This is a dynamic device that can reduce the thickness adjustment time to less than half.
It is possible to retrofit existing manual dies, and automate the thickness adjustment of films and sheets. The die width can accommodate up to 10 meters. It is also possible to link with a thickness gauge and have standalone automatic control, allowing for data accumulation that remembers the lip position during molding. It supports both push bolt and pull bolt types.
