Over time, defects in the plating and damage to the molds themselves can occur, which is said to negatively impact the film itself. Example [Single-layer 300mm Mold] Mold disassembly → Plating removal → Polishing → Flow path machining → Finishing → Re-plating → PL surface polishing → Finalization → Assembly *After plating removal, we will check the condition of the base material. If the condition of the base material is poor and requires welding or other work, we will provide a separate estimate. *It will not return to the condition of a new item.
