Our company performs "hole processing" using process equipment. In the NC room, we drill two reference holes for installation in the drilling device and insert stack pins. After setting it in the device, we use NC data that controls the drilling position according to our processing conditions to carry out the drilling. CO2 (carbon dioxide) lasers cannot penetrate copper due to reflection on copper foil, making them suitable for forming blind vias.
