Happy New Year. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all stakeholders for your support over the past year. I sincerely thank you for this opportunity. This year is the Year of the Rooster, which is my turn, and I will be celebrating my 60th birthday, making it a deeply meaningful time for me. This is my second New Year spent on Awaji Island, and I have completely adjusted to life here. Looking back on last year, the first half saw a concentration of orders for electrode slurry manufacturing equipment for China, and our new factory became cramped, allowing us to experience a joyful struggle during my first year on Awaji Island. Additionally, in August of last year, we were honored to receive the Nikkei New Office Award for the "Kinki New Office Promotion Award," which was a wonderful milestone for our new building. We have groups visiting us two to three times a week, and our schedule for tours is booked several months in advance. The ongoing medium-term management plan, CHANGE, will enter its final year in April, and we are steadily progressing to fulfill the key initiatives of the three-year plan, so I kindly ask for your continued support this year as well.
