Happy New Year! Thank you very much for all your support last year. This is my third New Year’s celebration on Awaji Island. I have completely adapted to life here and am enjoying the beauty of Awaji Island. Personally, I purchased a road bike last February and try to ride it whenever I have time. Our company has also established a cycling club, and I have lost 5 kg. Riding along the coastline on a sunny day is truly refreshing. Work-wise, thanks to you, it has been a very busy year. Although overseas exports were significantly lower compared to the year before last, we received many inquiries from the domestic pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, and our factory was operating at full capacity. There are still some unfamiliar aspects with the new structure, and I deeply regret any inconvenience caused to our customers. As a countermeasure, we are committed to thorough employee training through Primix University, reviewing all business processes through a project called DRIVE in the technical department, and engaging in productivity improvement activities centered around the production department known as the FL method, all with the aim of better satisfying our customers.
