In the medium-term management plan CHANGE from 2015 to 2017, we set the goal of "changing ourselves, our thoughts, our actions, and our future without being bound by fixed ideas." In August 2015, we relocated our headquarters and updated our facilities by establishing a base in Saitama. The number of new employees increased, bringing our total employee count to 227 as of March this year. Following the relocation of our headquarters to Awaji Island, our media exposure also increased, receiving 103 interview requests, including five television interviews. When these segments aired, our website traffic surged to about four times the usual amount. Many people have shown interest in our activities, with a total of 2,506 visitors from outside our customer base over three years. Thus, we believe that the external marketing activities in the medium-term management plan CHANGE have been successful in enhancing the value of our brand. However, despite the increase in sales, complaints and non-conformities did not decrease, leading to significant challenges and inconveniences for our customers.
