(Headquarters: Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture, hereinafter referred to as "Proflex"), which develops sales of hydraulic equipment-related parts and crimping machines, has recently concluded a formal agency agreement for the sale of UNIFLEX brand crimping machines in Japan with UNIFLEX Japan (Headquarters: Shinjuku, Tokyo, hereinafter referred to as "UNIFLEX"), the Japanese subsidiary of UNIFLEX, the world's largest manufacturer of crimping machines.
