We will launch an early access program and plan to offer it to the general public through an opt-in method in late summer. Participating companies will be able to evaluate new Onshape features at an early stage of the development cycle. By leveraging real-time product data, we aim to apply advanced technologies to engineering workflows to achieve automation and enhance design decision-making.

By collecting and integrating data from multiple systems such as PLM, ERP, CRM, IoT, EAM, and FSM, asset data is comprehensively managed and provided as a single integrated asset view. The AI-first design visualizes failure patterns, fleet-level insights, and quality signals that engineering and quality management teams have not been able to grasp until now. This enables exploration of asset data, facilitates problem analysis and response, and supports reliability improvement and revenue-focused initiatives.

AI Assistant: Provides guidance on engineering, best practices, and troubleshooting information, achieving a reduction in implementation time and dependency on external documentation. Beta Feature: An AI that reads 3D models allows the team to detect issues earlier and accelerate design validation. Feature Enhancements: Numerous enhancements have been implemented in the areas of design, simulation, and manufacturing, resulting in reduced repetitive tasks and accelerated workflows.

PTC Japan Inc. is strengthening its efforts in digital engineering in the development field of railway vehicles and railway-related equipment and parts, actively supporting the implementation of 3D CAD software "Creo" and product lifecycle management (PLM) solution "Windchill" in companies both domestically and internationally. As part of these efforts, we will hold a presentation on the use cases in the railway sector and the direction of AI utilization at the "2nd Railway Technology Exhibition Osaka 2026," which will be held at Intex Osaka starting May 27.
