[Patent] Achieving an air nozzle that completely removes water with air blow.
Are you making this mistake while draining water from your work?
To those in charge who are struggling with water drainage of workpieces, Are you making these mistakes when it comes to draining water from workpieces? Do you know the real reason why, even when you increase the air blow strength, the water droplets don’t get blown away? Do you know the real reason why changing the shape of the air nozzle doesn’t help in draining the water? Do you know the real reason why increasing the number of air nozzles doesn’t sufficiently drain the water? These are typical mistakes made by companies that use air blow for draining water and removing droplets from workpieces, resulting in "not being able to drain water sufficiently even with air blow." However, these mistakes are not as significant compared to the fatal mistake I am about to share with you. What is that fatal mistake? It is... Focusing on the strength of the air blow and not paying attention to the "quality" of the air. [Continued below] ↓↓↓
basic information
With the intermittent air blown from standard air nozzles or air knives, large water droplets can be removed, but due to the influence of "surface tension," droplets smaller than 1mm can only be moved and cannot be blown away. Therefore, no matter how strong the air blow is, surface tension continues to act, preventing droplets smaller than 1mm from being blown away, making it impossible to completely dry the workpiece. To blow away these small droplets of less than 1mm, it is necessary and important to change the "quality" of the air. Our "Air Screw Nozzle" processes the air into cut air within the nozzle. The "popping" cut air is expelled. This cut air generates several times the force of the normal air blow that is expelled intermittently (patented). Additionally, in a standard air blow, water droplets are blown upwards, causing the expelled water to fall back and reattach to the workpiece, which also contributes to the workpiece not drying. The "Air Screw Nozzle" rotates itself and expels rotational waves. By scattering the water droplets to the left and right, it prevents them from reattaching to the workpiece, allowing for complete water removal.

Applications/Examples of results
【Application】 Draining water after washing trays, bases, and other workpieces. With conventional nozzles, complete drying was difficult, especially for workpieces with protrusions, grooves, depressions, and uneven surfaces, where water would remain in those areas. Our patented air nozzle has a "zagging" power that is on a completely different level compared to conventional nozzles. The cutting air generated by rotational waves penetrates into grooves, depressions, and recesses, effectively scraping out water and achieving 100% complete drying. *We also offer cleaning and drying machines equipped with this air nozzle, in addition to the air nozzle itself. We can customize them individually, so please feel free to contact us. 【Implementation Results】 Fujitsu, Fujifilm Holdings, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Sumitomo Electric Industries, Furukawa Electric, Nidec (formerly Nidec Corporation), Asahi Kasei, Minebea Mitsumi, JFE Steel, Nitto Denko, Mahle Filter Systems, Morinaga Milk Industry, Myojo Foods, Hochiki, Furukawa Battery, and others. Additionally, we have numerous delivery records to major companies in the industry, both domestically and internationally, ranging from cleaning machines to individual nozzles.

Are you making this mistake while draining water from the work?
[To those in charge who are struggling with workpiece water drainage] Are you making these mistakes with workpiece water drainage? ✓ Do you know the real reason why, even if you increase the air blow pressure, not all water droplets are blown away? ✓ Do you know the real reason why, even if you increase the number of air nozzles, water is not sufficiently drained? ✓ Do you know the real reason why, even if you change the shape of the air nozzle, it still does not drain water effectively? These mistakes are typical errors made by companies that use air blow for workpiece water drainage and droplet removal. However, these mistakes are not significant compared to a certain "fatal mistake." What is that "fatal mistake"? It is… We provide this information in a PDF file. Download it now to find out.
