The introduced site is a food warehouse area where automated carts operate frequently. Due to its structure, there was an environment where dust tends to accumulate. On the other hand, it was a challenge for the site to maintain the cleanliness of the air, as it could not allow the cold air inside the warehouse to escape to the outside. Since modifying equipment for environmental improvement involves costs and effort, we were looking for a simple yet effective dust collection and air purification solution that could be installed while maintaining the cold air in the site. It can be installed in limited spaces. The dirt on the unit cooler filters has been reduced. In the actual implementation, we took into account the limited space within the warehouse for the installation. After the installation, we have noticed a visible improvement in the accumulation of dirt during the regular filter replacement work for the unit cooler of the freezer, compared to before the installation. There is definitely an effect on dust collection compared to before installation, and we feel the value of the implementation. Regular operations such as filter replacements are also being carried out smoothly, and it operates without putting a burden on the site’s operations. The fact that it could be introduced in a rental format lowered the barrier to entry and allowed us to test it at a low cost, which was also a significant advantage.

We offer a basic rental contract for 3 years (36 months or more). The monthly rental fee includes installation costs and maintenance fees such as filter replacements every six months. Maintenance will be handled by our clean air specialists, so you won't have to worry about any troublesome tasks yourself.
