We would like to introduce a case study of the industrial air purifier "QleanAir FS70" that has been implemented. In this case, we achieved significant cost reduction while ensuring reliable dust collection performance and suppression of dust explosions, thereby securing stable molding quality. Prior to implementation, there were constraints in the 3D printer molding room regarding special metal dust measures and the suppression of dust explosions, making it challenging to establish a safe working environment. By installing the main unit in an adjacent separate room and connecting it with a dedicated duct to suction and purify the air in the molding room, we cleared the installation hurdles.
