Customers can replace the collision prevention components themselves without having to change the cutting head. 〇 Temperature monitoring of the protective lens If dirt is found on the protective lens during operation, an alarm will sound, and the machine will stop immediately to prevent unnecessary damage such as burning of the head or lens. 〇 Air pressure monitoring during operation An alarm will sound immediately if there is insufficient air supply, the pressure is too low, or if there is unstable air pressure. 〇 Explosion-proof monitoring of the protective lens Real-time detection of stray light values of the protective lens, with an alarm to notify if the values exceed the standard. 〇 Gas pressure monitoring Real-time detection of gas pressure in the upper and lower protective lens cavities ensures stable production. 〇 Process monitoring If cutting cannot be performed during the cutting process, the machine will automatically cut back. 〇 Damage reduction During piercing, cutting occurs immediately after the hole is penetrated, reducing damage to the work table.
