Wet-type cyclone "Hydronegalon"
Versatile and active! Spray-type dispersion and unstable emissions have been eliminated.
The "Hydronegalon" maintains a negative pressure inside the main body by installing it at a high position in advance, allowing a siphon to work within the overflow pipe. The solids classified inside the main body accumulate in the fish tail regulator at the bottom of the main body. They are discharged when the accumulation exceeds the negative pressure inside the main body. Thanks to the function of the fish tail regulator, there is no air intrusion from the underflow section into the main body, which eliminates spray-like scattering and unstable discharge that were seen in conventional products. 【Features】 ■ No air intrusion from the underflow section into the main body ■ No spray-like scattering or unstable discharge ■ The interior of the main body is lined with rubber liners of types 3 to 10 and rubber linings of types 15S to 20S ■ Major mechanical components are cast for type 3, aluminum alloy for types 6 and 10, and stainless steel for types 15S and 20S ■ Suitable selection can be made according to specifications and applications *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
