This machine is equipped with shovel blades as mixing blades, which rotate around a horizontal axis located at the center of a cylindrical drum, providing a floating diffusion effect to the materials and performing efficient mixing. On the other hand, the chopper blades attached to the mixing drum body rotate at high speeds of 3000 to 6000 m-1, applying strong shear forces to the materials and facilitating the dispersion of powder particles. This machine efficiently divides the functions as follows: mixing action → shovel blades → convective mixing action (floating diffusion) and dispersion action → chopper blades → shear mixing action (high-speed shear). Each blade efficiently shares two functions, reducing the overall power of the equipment while achieving effective dispersion and mixing. Additionally, this machine is capable of both batch mixing and continuous mixing, enabling the realization of large-scale, unmanned mixing systems.
