(Headquarters: Osaka City, President: Masakazu Kondo, hereinafter referred to as "Ratoc System") will add a new temperature management service to the "Moromi Diary Cloud" for sake brewing sites starting in June 2023. ● About the New Feature In addition to the three sake brewing processes, we have incorporated a "Temperature Management Mode" feature that automatically records temperatures from various locations and allows for remote monitoring.
