Holiday Period: December 28, 2024 (Saturday) to January 5, 2025 (Sunday) * The Remote Support Center is open year-round. * Inquiries made during the holiday period will be answered sequentially starting January 6 (Monday). It may take longer than usual to respond. * Repair requests will be accepted until December 20 (Friday) of this year. Requests received after December 23 (Monday) will be addressed sequentially starting January 6 (Monday). It may take longer than usual to respond.
