"Moromi Diary Cloud," which supports temperature management of the three sake brewing processes (koji, yeast starter, and moromi), automatically records temperature data for each process and allows you to check it on your smartphone or PC, as well as supports printing of reports. This time, we have released a feature that receives signals from a control panel capable of outputting alarms and notifies you via smartphone or email.
