Hasalepo, which supports food temperature management with IoT, can now measure water temperature.
Hasarepo is a cloud service primarily provided for food manufacturing sites. It offers a one-package solution for temperature measurement, recording, alert notifications, and report generation. It measures the temperature of storage rooms and refrigeration equipment, sending notifications to smartphones when the specified range is exceeded. The temperature is displayed in graphs, allowing users to identify previously unnoticed temperature anomalies and areas for improvement. Additionally, it supports the creation of reports required by HACCP regulations. By automating recording and report generation, it reduces the burden on the site. The newly planned Pt100 sensor can directly measure temperature by inserting the sensor part into water or food. It records water temperatures during cooling and water temperatures during sterilization and heating processes in the cloud. With IoT integration, temperature monitoring of critical control points required by HACCP can be done via smartphone, and the recording and storage of elapsed temperatures will be automated. The measurement temperature range is -40 to 180°C. It supports the issuance of certificates related to food safety (only for the wetted parts). The main unit complies with dustproof and waterproof standards IP67, ensuring safety even when exposed to water. It operates on dry batteries (3 alkaline AA batteries) and can be used for about a year without needing replacement. A demo display is scheduled for the FOOMA event, which will be held in Aichi starting June 1st.
