Introducing efficient ventilation methods using high-precision CO2 sensors in cram schools and classrooms.
Due to the spread of highly infectious diseases, a "zero density" approach is being sought to prevent not only the "three Cs" (closed spaces, crowded places, close-contact settings) but also "one C." In particular, an effective infection prevention measure for those under 10 years old is to suppress clusters that occur in childcare and educational facilities. One of the measures that can be mentioned is "appropriate ventilation." We have published a page introducing methods for efficient ventilation using Ratoc's Wi-Fi CO2 sensor. The page also includes an introduction to a system that allows for an overview of CO2 concentration and temperature and humidity within the facility through monitoring.

The demand for CO2 sensors is increasing due to the priority measures for preventing the spread of infection (featured on TV Osaka's Yasashii News).
The attention on CO2 sensors that visualize the density of crowds through CO2 concentration is increasing. Currently, the installation of CO2 sensors is being requested in restaurants and entertainment facilities, but in reality, the need for monitoring CO2 levels is rising in various settings such as offices and public facilities. Our company develops a variety of IoT sensor devices. In December 2020, we launched a Wi-Fi connected CO2 sensor (environmental sensor). The product was featured on TV Osaka's "Yasashii News," showcasing the measurement of CO2 levels. The demonstration recreated a situation with insufficient ventilation and displayed a graph of CO2 concentration on a smartphone, making the relationship between crowd density and CO2 levels clear and easy to understand, which received positive feedback. We also published an explanatory page in line with the program. On this page, you can download POP data to inform customers that CO2 measurements are being taken and ventilation measures are being implemented in-store.
