Convert serial RS-232C to Bluetooth HID scale.
Data output from a serial (RS-232C device) can be converted to Bluetooth for reception. On the host side, input is done via HID.
The "RS-BT62HID" allows for wireless communication via Bluetooth simply by attaching this product to existing serial (RS-232C) devices (DCE side). It is recognized as an HID device by Windows PCs, Android devices, iOS, and Raspberry Pi OS, allowing data from serial devices to be received as if it were keyboard input. In other words, if you open a text editor, EXCEL, or web applications on devices like Windows PCs or iPads, the data output from serial devices (such as electronic scales or balances) will be input as if it were typed on a keyboard. In addition to this product (HID mode), standard serial communication (SPP) is also supported and can be switched using DIP switches. *For more details, please refer to the catalog. Applications/Examples of results
RS-232C allows for direct input of data from serial devices into EXCEL cells or web applications. It has been confirmed to operate on Windows, Android, and Raspberry Pi OS. Communication with serial devices is conducted via wireless communication using Bluetooth, eliminating the need for cable wiring. By assigning a power pin to pin 9 of the D-Sub connector of the serial device, the power supply for the serial device can be provided from this product. Alternatively, the RS-BT62 can receive its power supply from the serial device (5V to 12V).

[DL data available] Wirelessly capture data from electronic scales.
To record weight data using an electronic balance, it is common to connect it to a computer via a cable to import the data. However, there are limitations with cables, such as installation work and maximum cable length. Therefore, we borrowed equipment from Shin-Koden and actually connected the electronic balance to the PC wirelessly, compiling the results of the operation check into a document, which is available for download. ★For more details, please download the document or feel free to contact us★
