The IoT liquid level remote monitoring system uses a level gauge installed in the tank to regularly measure the water level. The system automatically calculates the liquid volume via an app, allowing for remote confirmation, notification, and data management. A level gauge is retrofitted to existing tanks, and measurement data is transmitted wirelessly (Wi-SUN) from the communication unit to the gateway. The gateway aggregates data from each level gauge and connects to the cloud via public lines (LTE-M). It does not require Wi-Fi or communication equipment, with a maximum line-of-sight coverage of 500 meters, and up to 1 kilometer with a relay specification. It can be implemented at a low cost and quickly. When the liquid volume exceeds the pre-set upper or lower limits, a push notification is sent. This enables early detection and response.
