Free Flow Electrophoresis Separation Device "FFE System"

Introducing a new polymer separation method using electrostatic potential without separation media!

The "FFE System" is a separation device using the Free Flow Electrophoresis method developed by the German company FFE Service. After separation, various devices can be used to analyze chemical and physical properties. Additionally, it supports a wide range of applications, and all samples can be recovered. Depending on the sample, we offer three types of separation methods: IEF, ZE, and IZE. 【Features】 ■ Achieves high resolution by dividing into 96 fractions ■ Allows analysis of chemical and physical properties with various devices after separation ■ Supports a wide variety of applications ■ All samples can be recovered ■ Three types of separation methods available depending on the sample *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information

Three Basic Separation Methods for FFE (Excerpt) ■ IEF Method - Separation based on differences in isoelectric points (pI) - A separation buffer specifically for measurement is flowed to form a pH gradient, followed by sample injection. ■ ZE Method - Separation based on differences in surface charge of particles - A simple separation method that works with any buffer while flowing and charging. ■ IZE Method - A technique based on differences in surface charge of particles, which generally offers improved resolution compared to the ZE method. - A sample is introduced while flowing an arbitrary separation buffer without electrophoresis, then electrophoresis is started after reducing the flow rate, followed by stopping electrophoresis and returning the flow to normal speed for separation. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
