"Big Tuna" is a product that automates the buffer exchange for the formulation, concentration, and residue treatment of gene therapy vectors such as proteins, AAV, LNP, and VLP, with a setup time of just 30 minutes. We offer two types of plate-based filters that can simultaneously exchange and concentrate 24 or 96 samples. The Unfilter 96 can exchange a minimum volume of up to 100μL with a maximum of 96 samples at a time. Additionally, the Unfilter 24 accommodates larger volumes, allowing for the exchange of up to 8mL with a maximum of 24 samples.
