We would like to inform you that at the board of directors meeting held on August 18, 2014, we resolved to transfer the ceramic division to Lepton Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka, President: Kenji Imae, a 100% subsidiary of Imae Kogyo Co., Ltd.) effective August 18, 2014, and we have agreed on the business transfer contract. Furthermore, the ceramic business site of Kikusui Chemical Industries will continue to operate as the Lepton Kakamigahara Plant. Therefore, there will be no changes to the manufacturing base or manufacturing equipment. Additionally, there will be no changes to the employees, so there will be no impact on product quality, pricing, or delivery times. We will continue to manufacture and sell as we have in the past.
