Media-less wet milling device Nanovator that enables 'reduction of contamination through media-less processing,' 'damage-free to particles,' and 'uniform dispersion.'
The wet media-less micronization device "NanoVita" enables "reduction of contamination due to media-less processing," "damage-free treatment of particles," and "uniform dispersion." Due to processing through the shear force of liquid collisions, it can treat particles without causing damage (stress), and it minimizes contamination from the device and cross-contamination from residues. It is also equipped with mixing facilities, dispersion equipment, and filtration devices, making it suitable for complex manufacturing processes. With years of accumulated know-how, we perform dispersion processing with customer-specified materials from micron to nano orders. Our unique formulation technology tailored to target characteristics is also available, allowing us to propose the desired dispersions for our customers. [Features] ■ New wet dispersion factory In July 2016, a new manufacturing facility was established in Mita City, Hyogo Prefecture (Techno Park). Raw material reception is equipped with an air shower, and each manufacturing process is separated by partitions to consider environmental aspects. ■ Capable of supporting from lab testing to actual production With lab testing equipment in place, we can consistently support formulation studies and processing condition adjustments based on actual production.
