Introduction of the new product tube furnace by Carbolite Gero.

The new Carbolite Gero tube furnace can accommodate various diameters of tubes in a single furnace by using slide-in type accessory work tubes and tube adapters, allowing for easy replacement of the work tube itself to meet the physical or chemical requirements of the process. By using the optional work tube package, thermal processing under vacuum or gas atmosphere can be easily utilized. The atmosphere gas work tube package optimizes the inert atmosphere inside the work tube. Available gases include argon, carbon dioxide, helium, and nitrogen. To use hydrogen, a gas safety system is also required for safe operation. Carbolite Gero's comprehensive new tube furnace has emerged as a strong candidate for the tube furnace you need, including single-zone or three-zone universal tube furnaces (TF series), split single-zone or three-zone tube furnaces (TS series), and gradient (temperature gradient) tube furnaces with two or three heating zones (TG series).
