Until now, all sample tests and repairs were conducted at our Tokyo headquarters, but in order to respond to sample testing and expedite repairs, we have established an application lab and service center at our Osaka branch. At the application lab, you can send or bring in samples to conduct actual tests and select equipment and accessories. Repairs for the western Japan area can now also be handled at the Osaka branch. <Procedure for reserving a sample test> 1. Make a reservation via phone or email (also possible from each brand's website) and coordinate the schedule with your sales representative. 2. Fill out the demo request form with details of the samples and return it via fax or email. 3. Visit the Osaka branch where you can receive a product explanation from the sales representative or lab staff while conducting the demo.
